Design and Implementation of educational and training curricula.

ECAmbiental design curricula for education and training in order to satisfy the needs of diverse groups: children, adolescents, public servants, managers, professors and the civil society in general. These programs are implemented through diverse mass media using the three modalities: present, semi-present and online.
This process follows six basic steps:
1. Diagnosis of training needs.
2. Development of general and particular objectives in accordance with the present knowledge, aptitude, attitude and values of the targeted group as well as the definition of the abilities to be developed or strengthen.
3. Content development and proposal of necessary texts in order to achieve the previously defined objectives through the construction of educational and training modules, themes and sub-themes.
4. Writing the Descriptive Instructional Design, precisely indicating the phases and elements of the process as well as the logistics of the execution: dates, place, bibliography, schedules, evaluation of the different phases and costs.
5. The logistic organization in detail.
6. Analysis and evaluation of the process different stages in order to re-construct and adapt the methodology
