Diagnosis of Training Needs (DTN)

Training needs are defined as the lacks or deficiencies of a worker or a worker’s group that impede the satisfactory execution of their task and responsibilities within a certain organization. Therefore, Diagnosis of Training Needs is the process by which such lacks and deficiencies are revealed. Its goal is to develop remedial programs by depicting the basic level of performance and developing desired goals, as well as the way to achieve them.

ECAmbiental offers DTN on environmental issues where our expert staff, psychologist and educators work with the trainee staff using several psychometric tests (IQ, knowledge, aptitude, attitude and behavior) in order to diagnose the staff lacks and deficiencies related with their environmental work. As a result we develop and implement the ad hoc programs to meet the worker’s needs.
